Hoffman Estates and Partridge Hill

Hoffman Estates is a village in (mostly) suburban Cook County about 30 miles northwest of Chicago.  The population is about 51,000 people in about 17,000 housholds.

Partridge Hill is a subdivision of 192 townhomes with contruction starting in the mid-1970's.  We are located southwest of the intersection of Golf Road (58) and Higgins (72).  Specifically, on the south side of Bode Road just west of Salem Drive; (see Maps).

Partridge Hill is a great community that boasts lots of green space, mature landscaping, a clubhouse and outdoor pool.
